Are there risks in US or UK property investment?

Yes. There is no such thing as a risk-free investment, and anyone who says otherwise is selling a dream. Vacancy, turnover costs and market cycles are real; we mitigate them with below-market entry, Section 8 focus and a mandatory 5-10% contingency plan.

Is my rent guaranteed?

We use the word guaranteed only where a contract does. UK social housing income is contracted from Day 91 under long government-funded leases. US rental income is strong but market-based, so we never call it guaranteed.

How is my money protected during the purchase?

Your funds move only through licensed title companies and solicitors, never through Global Investments' account. Every US deal carries title insurance, and funds move only through licensed escrow.

What happens if Global Investments disappears tomorrow?

Your ownership does not depend on us. Freehold title is registered in your name, funds clear through licensed third parties, and management contracts run directly between you and the manager. Your asset would outlive any of us.

Do I have to travel to the US or UK to buy?

No. Everything is fully remote: documents are signed with DocuSign, funds move through regulated escrow, and most investors never visit the property. Owning property never grants residency or visa rights.

What tax will I pay as a foreign investor?

US rental income is taxed at roughly 20% before deductions; management costs, repairs, depreciation and documented LLC visits are deductible. Annual IRS 1040-NR filings are handled inexpensively by our partner CPAs. UK income follows the NRLS regime, with tax-treaty relief available. We are not tax advisors.
